The Health Care District of Palm Beach County launched a brand-new website for requesting an appointment for a COVID-19 vaccine.

At the present time, the Health Care District is only accepting requests for vaccination per the Governor’s order for people 65 and older. If you do not meet this criteria, your request will not be retained in the Health Care District's system. However, as our state moves through the next phases of vaccination rollout, please visit the Health Care District's webpage when you are eligible to re-register.

If you are 65 or older, and would like to schedule an appointment, please click HERE and complete the request form through the Health Care District's new webpage. This will place you in a virtual waiting room until vaccines become available.
